Rachele Schonberger is the founder and lead consultant of Minds that Matter.

She is passionate about good governance, as well as ensuring that businesses run smoothly and efficiently. Rachele is adept at writing policies, developing and implementing management systems. She also has a knack for identifying and solving complex issues.

Rachele owns two childcare centres and enjoys sharing her knowledge. Indeed, other child care operators appreciate her understanding of NQS regulations and ACECQA requirements. This is especially so when embarking on their own assessment and ratings journey.

Rachele’s former roles include TAFE lecturer, CEO of a not-for-profit organisation, lead consultant in a NSW government mandated educational curriculum initiative as well as project manager at a K-12 independent school.
